Eden Brickwork builds solid foundation in Heanor

Eden Brickwork Specialists has taken a unit at the Marshall House Business Centre in Heanor in a deal brokered by FHP.

Eden Brickwork has the 298 sq ft Suite 2 on a 12 month contract.

Darran Severn from FHP Property Consultants said: “This is the second letting at Marshall House in as many months, and the flexible terms are very attractive to
these businesses. With only a couple of suites remaining I am sure it won’t be too long until the Centre is full.”
