New office provides a lifeline for charity

Substance abuse charity Lifeline Project has taken a 1,600 sq ft unit at 200 Mansfield Road in Nottingham.

The deal was brokered by Commercial Property Partners (CPP) on behalf of private clients.

Kate Wood, senior development manager at Lifeline Project, said: “This is a great acquisition for us. 200 Mansfield Road provides the solution to our property need for Nottingham.

“Sean Bremner at CPP reacted immediately to our requirement and was very professional and co-operative all the way through to completion.

“We knew demand was good for the property so we are very pleased to have agreed a deal.”

The tenant was represented by David Newton Chartered Surveyor.
