Oberoi Consulting reveals JV with Chester firm

The recently-launched recruitment and resourcing division of Derby-based Oberoi Consulting has announced a partnership with Chester-based The BD Director.
Oberoi Resourcing & Recruitment is headed up by Oberoi Consulting’s commercial director, Sam Grove.
Grove says the alliance has been formed to support both client and candidate needs, through the sharing of a database of both candidates and roles.
She added said: “Our standpoint is to be very clear about what a client needs so that every time we send a candidate out they’re very likely to be successful because they meet the brief completely.
“It’s this sort of shared values and common ground that form the strategic alliance we’ve developed with Paul and the team at The BD Director – we’re on the same page and have identified that if we combine our experience we can provide the level of service we would both expect as hiring managers.”
Paul Maddock, managing director of The BD Director said: “This partnership is designed to move away from what we refer to as the ‘estate agent model’ – we’re looking to send quality candidates and not just focus on quantity and what’s more, we understand we need to invest in the candidates as well as the clients to support them as they move through the process.
