Law firm expands property litigation team with trio of appointments

Emily Packer, Kirsten Bridgewater and Katie Stubbs

Midlands-based legal firm mfg solicitors have welcomed three new appointments to its property litigation department.

Mfg Solicitors’ property litigation department, based in Worcester and Bromsgrove, handles various services related to property rights and interests, breaches of covenant, trespass, possession recovery, lease extensions and disputes with neighbours.

The appointments include assistant Solicitor Emily Packer, who will work closely with Partner Kirsten Bridgewater at the firm’s Worcester office.

Also situated in Worcester is Molly Batten, who has joined as a trainee and has begun her two-year training program with the firm.

Finally, Katie Stubbs has assumed a new role as a paralegal, stationed at the Bromsgrove office.

Kirsten Bridgewater, partner at mfg Solicitors said: “As a team, we’re experiencing a sustained growth in demand for our services so it’s an exciting time to be expanding the department. What’s important is that Emily, Katie and Molly each bring a new dimension to the team and this is all about us investing in the future.

“Firstly, Emily has a specialism in property litigation matters and will be a huge asset moving forward. Katie’s paralegal role is completely new for us and as she grows, so will we. We are also delighted to welcome Molly as a trainee after she secured her training contract with the firm. She has hit the ground running and is already showcasing so many of the skills we look
for.”
