Tech firm bags seven figure growth facility

A Solihull creative technology firm has been provided with a multi-million-pound growth capital facility by Santander UK.

Stickee specialises in creative technology, focusing on developing software and data insights to help clients succeed online and offline.

The investment from Santander will help with Stickee’s expansion plans, enabling them to invest in proprietary software utilising technologies like AI and Machine Learning.

Over the past three years, Stickee has experienced growth, tripling its team size.

With a projected 25% year-on-year growth from 2023 to 2024, the company expects to further increase its workforce as it secures new contracts, facilitated by the growth capital facility.

Bobbie Bhogal, director at Stickee said: Unlike other traditional banks which favour bricks and mortar investments only, Santander has understood the role of the technology and software and their high growth potential. The team’s friendly approach, willingness to engage and efficient follow-through is something I have not experienced with any other banks.

“At Stickee we needed to continue to invest in our proprietary software and to also invest in AI and Machine Learning to ensure that we take full advantage of emerging technologies, and the support from Santander will enable us to do so.”
