Law firm moves into 1850s listed building

A Nottingham-based property management law firm has invested in substantial new premises in the city.
Brady Solicitors has moved into its new offices on Regent Street following an extensive refurbishment project.
The law firm, which invested a six-figure sum to create the new open-plan office space, worked closely with Nottingham City Council to retain the key features of the listed building.
Brady’s founder and managing director Clare Brady said: “We have been based in Nottingham for more than ten years and were keen to stay in the city, but found a lack of affordable, quality commercial space to rent.
“When we found the property on Regent Street, we had a clear vision of how we wanted the space to work for our talented team, with room for us to grow and work collaboratively. As our property management clients regularly come to us with complex challenges, the new open plan space really facilitates discussion amongst team members, and we are seeing some fantastic results for clients as a consequence.
“We are looking forward to the next phase of the refurbishment, which will involve turning the large and airy basement into additional space.
“We are proud to play a part in the history of the building, and to be permanently located in one of Nottingham’s prime locations for its thriving professional services sector.”
The firm made the move after growing its team by 20 per cent during the past year.
