Accountancy firm expands with legal services arm

Accountancy firm Duncan & Toplis has launched a new legal arm.

Duncan & Toplis Legal Services, a SRA-regulated firm based in Grantham, will be able to undertake regulated activities as part of the Duncan & Toplis Group, which includes accountants and business advisers, wealth management, IT services and business turnaround support.

Head of legal services at Duncan & Toplis, Graeme Hills, said: “Businesses are often looking for a range of services from one place of expertise, so it’s great that we can work with individuals, teams and shareholders with not only the financial aspects of their business, but any legal processes too.”

Joining the new legal services team is corporate lawyer, Paul Simpson. Most recently, he was associate partner at Andrew & Co Solicitors in Lincoln.
