Fast-growing high street clinic signs three-year deal with Nottingham software firm

Nottingham-based IT services and software firm Retail Assist has signed a three-year deal with Laser Clinics UK.

The contract will see Retail Assist providing its IT Help Desk service to the retailer. The service in the UK will be scoped to deal with incidents directly from sites and wholly manage incident resolution, including third parties, running seven days a week.

Laser Clinic is based in both shopping centres and on the high street, with 13 clinics across the UK, including sites across London and in Manchester, Birmingham, Cambridge, Chelmsford and Glasgow.

As our clinic network expands, we need to be confident that our staff can access full IT support, with Retail Assist’s model making this a cost-effective option.
