Flint sparks new property consultancy into life

Ben Flint

A former associate partner at a property consultancy has taken the step to go it alone.

Ben Flint has left Fisher German to set up Flint Real Estate, a commercial property sales and letting consultancy that will also provide advice on development, finding and leasing.

The new company will have an office in Doncaster and focus on the North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire areas.

Flint, who spent seven-and-a-half years at Fisher German, told TheBusinessDesk.com: “Setting up by myself is an itch I’ve always wanted to scratch, and I thought the time was right with my personal life and career.

“I’ve been fortunate to have some success over the last few years and I want to build on that with Flint Real Estate.”

Flint has set the company up on his own, but told us he will be using the relationships he has with agents and other contacts throughout the UK.

He added: “I have no grand plans to take over the world just yet, but the plan above all is to do a good job for clients and build a reputation for being the best at what we do.

“We offer straight talking, expert advice, all of the time. That is our mantra. We will offer a friendly, client focused service which will be tailored to the client – we understand clients’ requirements and needs, and we will work extremely hard to deliver results.

“I really enjoy what I do and take pride in the work, I hope that will come across to clients and associates of Flint Real Estate.”
