Exclusive retail village announces new tenants

The Engine Yard – the multi-million-pound retail village near Leicestershire’s Belvoir Castle – has announced a trio of new tenants.

The additions of Caroline Chamberlain Couture Bridal Studio, Sunita Passi Wellness Centre and B-Jewellery will take the number of shops, bars and cafes at the exclusive shopping development to a total of 18.

The retail village is celebrating its first anniversary, having officially opened in September 2018 with a launch party attended by actress and model Liz Hurley.

Caroline Chamberlain Couture Bridal Studio, relocating from Lincoln, will offer a unique bridal gown design service. Sunita Passi Wellness Centre is the Vale’s first dedicated destination for yoga, meditation, herbal medicine, luxury treatments and natural skincare, while B Jewellery specialises in bespoke jewellery designs.

Emma, Duchess of Rutland, runs the commercial activities at Belvoir Castle.

She said: “In little over 12 months the Engine Yard has grown from a group of newly restored buildings to a vibrant, dynamic and buoyant heart of the community. We have welcomed almost a quarter of a million visitors who have enjoyed the beautiful setting and extraordinary selection of local shops, artisan crafts and regional foods on offer.

“I am delighted to welcome Caroline Chamberlain Couture Bridal Studio, Sunita Passi Wellness Centre and B-Jewellery, all of which bring something new and unique to the Engine Yard. Our reputation as a high quality retail destination continues to grow and these wonderful new additions will only add to that.”
