Agent appointed to manage lettings at £6.9 million business centre

Harborough District Council has appointed Andrew Granger & Co to manage lettings at its new £6.9 million business centre.

The Harborough Grow On Centre at Compass Point Business Park in Market Harborough hosts office suites ranging from 1,000-3,000 sq ft.

Work on the new offices began in 2018 in partnership with Willmott Dixon, with funding from Harborough District Council, the European Regional Development Fund and the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership.
