New premises for financial services firm

Work is set to begin on PSA Financial Services’ new 5,615 sq ft premises at Blaby Business Park.

Andrew + Ashwell and APB negotiated the sale of the two-storey unit, which is expected to be completed next autumn.

The building comprises open plan office space, a reception area, interlinking meeting rooms, a kitchen and a gym.

Managing director Paul Smith said: “Having started with just me, we now have a team of 24 and this building will provide us with four to five times more room, which will ease the pressure and provide the space we badly need.

“It is an exciting prospect for our future expansion.”
